Receives and handles membership applications for the River Landing Property Owners Association. Includes steps such as a background check.

Enforces the covenant rules and assesses fines when violations occur.

Handles reports of front gate bar knockdown/malfunction and handles requests to open the back gate.

Handles the many lakes and preserves throughout the neighborhood.

Oversees the landscaping of the neighborhood.

Receives, reviews, and approves applications for modifications/additions to homes.

Plans the River Landing annual picnic each year.

Helps welcome new residents to the community and reach out to ill/hospitalized neighbors in need. A number of residents have already volunteered to serve on this committee and we will gladly welcome any others who wish to join!
