River Landing Boatyard and Dock Gallery
As residents of River Landing, you have direct access to the scenic St. Lucie River. A private boat dock and ramp is nestled among our nature preserve (for resident use only). To use the boatyard, you must fill out a wait list application and pass a coast guard vehicle inspection (see the sections below for more information). The boatyard has a total of 43 storage spaces which vary in size (between 20 and 45 foot spaces) based on demand.
Note: The board prohibits storing boats and RVs in driveways (unless for temporary reasons such as cleaning), they must be stored in the boatyard. The boatyard has lights that turn on at sundown.

Gate keys can be purchased for $50 and allow access to the boatyard. We ask that you lock up after you use the facilities. Reach out to the Boardyard Chairman to purchase a gate key.

The US Coast Guard requires that all boats must pass an inspection before they can be taken out onto the waterways. Please fill out the form and contact the appropriate committee member to request your inspection.
